Former Woolworths store

 

Given the growing number of former Woolworths shops that I’ve photographed for this blog over the past year, I thought it would be useful to create a single contents page to list all the featured stores.      

My current count of former stores photographed and visited is:     

  • North East stores closed in Dec 2008 / Jan 2009: 25 (out of 33)
  • Stores outside North East closed in Dec 2008 / Jan 2009: (to be added later)
  • Stores closed prior to Woolworths’ administration: (to be added later)

The page will be updated as I visit and photograph more former Woolies – my goal is to visit all the remaining stores in the North East during 2010, and to snap any others in the UK as I happen to be passing.
