    They have a decent range of shoes, but they should expand their range online and have a purchase portal in each shop. That way they can expand their range quickly safe in the knowledge that the choices are ones that they already know to be popular with their current client base.

    Hi Graham,

    nice to see you giving the North West a big up – you have listed a number of discount retailers but have omitted one of the NW’s most successful retailers – E H Booth – a retail chain that gives Waitrose a run for its money. They even give free coffee out to its customers so well worth a visit next time you venture over the Pennines,
